In order to deal with the problems caused by overloading,in my opinion,Lowering the birth rate is the essential methods.On the other hand,another way which is executable to reduce the pressure of population in cities is to move people from cities to suburban areas.Of course,this need the help of governments.
In a nutshell,it is time for us to make efforts to control the population timely.
当今世界，随着人口的快速增长，城市超载问题日益严重 。
例如，一个城市所能提供的教育、就业、医疗等资源有限 。所以人口的增加意味着生活在城市里的每个人福利的下降 。在另外，污染现象也可以使人闹心 。还有交通堵塞会更加频繁 。
为了解决超载带来的问题，在我看来，降低出生率是必不可少的方法 。另一方面，减轻城市人口压力的另一种方法是将人口从城市转移到郊区 。当然，这需要政府的帮助 。

2. Nowadays,population as well as environment has become a very important problem.
With the development of China ,the population is growing faster and faster,though,Chinese government has put forward strageties, such as ,one child policy.But at the same time ,the increase has slown down,which is to our relief.
As for the environment,the biggest problem is that people do damage to it and seldom do they protect.So,we would like to say,if they still don·t stop those silly mistakes made to destroy the environment,one day ,human beings will be the last creature in the world. Protect the environment!Our earth is our mother for all of us.
