动作部分:跟着音乐，帮宝宝大范围地活动一下身体 。先拉起宝宝的右手，做拉伸、转动、摇晃的动作，再依次活动左手、右脚、左脚，最后整个身体 。
第四部分:亲子舞蹈
舞蹈的目的是让宝宝随着家长的身体律动感受音乐节拍，通过家长的蹲起、摇摆等动作刺激宝宝的感官发育 。
音乐部分:这部分的音乐是每周更换的，老师根据课程安排选择不同的英文歌曲作为背景音乐，让家长跟着节奏一起舞动 。
有时候也唱金宝贝自己的歌曲，例如:Let’s All Make A Circle

动作部分: 家长们抱着宝宝围成一个圈，左右摇摆，扭屁股，下蹲起，转着圈走，一起往里凑在一起，再往外走 。如此反复两、三次 。
第五部分:镜子游戏
镜子游戏的目的是让宝宝通过探索镜子，认识自己 。也是小宝宝们相互对望、聊天的时间 。
音乐部分: we see the baby in the mirror,the face,the hair, we see the baby in the mirror.
动作部分: 让宝宝们一起趴在镜子上，一方面让小宝宝练习一下趴卧、抬头，另一方面小宝宝可以观察一下镜子里的自己和其他的小伙伴 。
第六部分:降落伞游戏

降落伞游戏一方面可以培养孩子的空间感，另一方面七色降落伞，色块又大又鲜艳，也能刺激宝宝的视觉发育 。

动作部分:
让宝宝们躺在降落伞下，家长跟着音乐，上下扇动降落伞，忽上忽下的降落伞为宝宝营造了不同层次的空间 。还可以移动降落伞，让宝宝感受不同的颜色刺激 。还可以抖动降落伞，发出噪音，吸引宝宝注意力 。
第七部分:泡泡游戏
泡泡游戏的目的是锻炼宝宝对细微事物的观察力，六个月以上的宝宝就会尝试用手抓泡泡了 。
