Everyone wants to keep slim, so do I. In order to lose my weight. I decide to make a careful plan.
First, I get up early and jog for a time of30 minutes.second, I control my eating amount. Don\'t eat too much and calculate the calories that I take.Third, I should choose my food such as food which is high in fiber and low in fat.
I will keep a good habit of keeping fit.
