英语中各种演讲报告的用词较多，比较复杂 。请看：
1.address ：正式用词，指在庄严隆重的场合作精心准备的演讲或正式演说 。
tonight\'s televised presidential address
今晚总统的电视演讲
He is due to address a conference on human rights next week.
他下星期将在一个大会上发表关于人权的演说 。
The President gave an address to the American people.
总统向美国民众发表了演说 。
He was to address a public assembly on the issue.

2.report ：一般是指下级给上级或负责人给委托机关的书面或口头报告 。或政府对人民的报告等 。

4.speech ：普通用词，指一般的发言或讲话，可以是事先准备的，也可以是即席的 。

She is going to make a speech this afternoon.
她今天下午要作演讲 。
His keynote speech won the applause of the audience.

5.talk ：常用词，强调非正式讲话，讲话方式一般较为自由 。指相当不正式的报告、演讲等；普通用词，指关于某一特定话题的演讲或讲座，常后接介词 on/about 。
