There be 这个词很熟悉，也是常用的词组，那么如何去正确使用呢，又有哪些用法呢？
There be +主语+其他. (there 仅为引导词，并无实际语意.)
Be动词与其后面的主语在人称和数量上一致.
There be的一般时态
There is/are …….
例句
There are some tables in this room.
否定句
There are not any tables in this room. = there are no tables in this room.
Be 动词后面加not, some变any
(not 副词词性，修饰动词，no 有名词，形容词，副词词性，not any 强调一个都没有)
疑问句
Are there any tables in this room?
Yes, there are. / No, there aren’t.
过去时态
There was/were….
例句：There was a great flood in the early April of 1998.
将来时态

例句
The weatherman says there will be a heavy rain in this afternoon.
There will be a seminar tomorrow morning.
There is going to be a seminar tomorrow morning.
