教练：大伙都过来，快点。
丹尼，别再瞅那座山了，它不会消失的，你也不会。你没事的，我见过你在地里的模样，你壮得像头公牛。
等你们跑到山上，当你们觉得痛苦的时候，我要你们记住一点：你们旁边的人也一样。决定输赢的，就看哪个选手能够对付痛苦。

So when you\\'re in pain out there on this mountain, I want you to remember, so is the guy next to you, and the guy in front of you. This is gonna come down to which runners can handle the pain.

他们不像你们这样，每天天不亮就起床，到地里干活。对吧？他们也没有在上学一整天之后，又回到同一片地里接着干。你们却是这样做的。
然后你们还出来跟我一起练，跑上8英里、10英里。你们承受的痛苦更多。
这些小孩不像你们那么劳累；他们根本没法想象。

But they haven\\'t got what you got. All right?
They don\\'t get up at dawn like you and go to work in the fields. Right?
They don\\'t go to school all day and then go back to those same fields.

And then you come out with me and you run 8 miles, 10 miles, and you take on even more pain.
These kids don\\'t do what you do. They can\\'t even imagine it.）
