党伟是东北师范大学在读博士生，从事莎士比亚研究与文化研究 。于2017年8月至2019年8月在哈佛大学英文系访问，期间由新历史主义创始人、莎士比亚专家Stephen Greenblatt教授进行指导 。在研项目为中国教育部人文社科青年项目，发表论文数篇 。现任教于沈阳师范大学外国语学院，讲授英国文学、写作等课程 。

中年客：今天我们有幸邀请到党伟老师为我们做关于“从莎士比亚文学传记角度看待中年议题”的分享 。党老师，您能分享一下与“中年客”是如何结缘的吗？
在哈佛访学的时候，除了每学期选修4到5门课以外，我还经常参加各种学术报告和沙龙活动，拓展自己视野 。在参加哈佛沙龙的时候结识了创办者王开元先生 。5.13号，看到李剑雄在哈佛沙龙群里的公告，探讨的话题都是我刚刚经历过的，也非常感兴趣的，就关注并加入了这个社群 。
中年客：您能分享一些最近在关注的有关中年发展与心灵成长的内容吗？

在我正式分享之前，我给大家播放一段视频，其中英国著名演员抖森朗诵了《皆大欢喜》中非常著名的一段台词，它的作者莎士比亚把人的一生分为7个阶段，原文如下：
The Seven Ages of Man
(from As You Like It, II, vii)
by William Shakespeare
All the world\'s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages. At first the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse\'s arms;
Then the whining school-boy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress\' eyebrow. Then a soldier,
Full of strange oaths, and bearded like the pard,
